In our Edinburgh Chocolate kitchens, we produce our own chocolate recipes, including seasonal specials. The Coco Chocolate School provides a friendly environment where you can come and learn about chocolate and make your own!

	Coco Hot Chocolate Coco's own blend hot chocolate has already become an institution in our Bruntsfield shop! Here people enjoy our hot chocolate which is a blend of 64% cocoa mass, hand tempered, hand flaked chocolate mixed with a small amount of the superior Valrhona cocoa. That is it! No added sugar or any additives. Coco blends include Plain, Nutmeg, Lavender, Rose & Black Pepper, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Aztec (Cinnamon, Chilli & Orchid Vanilla pod), Cardamom & Cinnamon in White or Dark Drinking Chocolate and White Chocolate Lemongrass, Lavender & Vanilla & Pure Cocoa
