We are also working closely with The Dalmore, creating what Fine Expressions Magazine has titled The Ultimate Luxury Experience! "Few would dispute that Whisky and Chocolate make an irresistible pairing, but many will be surprised how similar the refining (Bean to Bar) and distilling (Barley to Bottle) processes are. In both cases, the more pure the ingredient and the greater the time spent on production, the finer the finished product will be. Here people enjoy our hot chocolate which is a blend of 64% cocoa mass, hand tempered, hand flaked chocolate mixed with a small amount of the superior Valrhona cocoa. That is it! No added sugar or any additives.
